Group Classes
We offer a variety of 1-Hour weekly group classes. Pick from Beginner & Intermediate Salsa and Bachata Classes. No partner or previous dance experience required. Students MUST be over 18. Contact us directly for special consideration for under 18s.
Private Lessons
For only $95/hour, you can book a one-on-one lesson. Available in Sydney & Adelaide. Great option to prepare for a special event or a wedding dance. No partner or previous dance experience required.
Social Nights
Once a month, we hold a social night for our students. It is a fun way to practice what you have learnt, learn some new steps, meet new people and have fun. Everyone is welcome.

Meet Your Instructors
Lauren Alonso
Owner/CEO
Lauren has been dancing ever since she was little. With over 25 years dancing experience, she is trained in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballroom and Latin Dancing. In 2019, Lauren came 2nd in Cha Cha, 3rd in Rumba and Tango at the ASDAC Ballroom Jack & Jill competition in Canberra. Dancing is her life. She could not live without it.
