
Group Classes
We offer a variety of 1-Hour weekly group classes. Pick from Beginner & Intermediate Salsa and Bachata, and our Seated Dance & Exercise Class. No partner or previous dance experience required.

Private Lessons
For only $85/hour, you can book a one-on-one lesson. Great option to prepare for a special event or a wedding dance. No partner or previous dance experience required. Also available over Zoom.

Social Nights
Once a month, we hold a social night for our students. It is a fun way to practice what you have learnt, learn some new steps, meet new people and have fun. Everyone is welcome.

Meet Your Instructors

Lauren
Owner & Main Instructor
Lauren has been dancing ever since she was little. With over 20 years dancing experience, she is trained in Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballroom and Latin Dancing. In 2019, Lauren came 2nd in Cha Cha, 3rd in Rumba and Tango at the ASDAC Ballroom Jack & Jill competition in Canberra. Dancing is her life. She could not live without it.

Alex
Assistant Instructor
With his family being Spanish, Latin is in Alex’s blood. He is the King of feeling the beat. When Alex isn’t dancing (which is very rare), he works in IT and loves to study and exercise.

What is Salsa?
Salsa is one of the most popular Latin dance styles in the world. It was primarily developed by Puerto Ricans and Cubans living in New York in the late 1960s. What is Bachata?
